Is there any warranty?
Our wrap kits are incredibly strong but they're not bullet proof. All our designs are archived so in the unlikely event you damage a piece, we can re-print the piece at cost.
BHDwraps.com is not liable for improper installation of wrap kits, failure to follow installation instructions, damage due to improper installation techniques.
We have tried to make the kit as simple as possible to self install; however, we are not responsible for self, or third party installation. If you have any questions regarding installation, we are more than happy to help.
Prior to installation, it's up to you to inspect the wrap and to contact us immediately if you find any manufacturers defects such as wrong color or wrong finish. If you have already installed the wrap kit and feel that you have found a defect, contact us. It's at the discretion of BHDWraps.com to determine whether or not the graphics are defective.

We have tried to make the kit as simple as possible to self install; however, we are not responsible and cannot be held liable for installation of any type - self, or third party. Preparation of installation area is imperative to a successful installation process and product adhesion. It is the sole responsibility of the client / customer to ensure all areas to have vinyl wrap kit pieces installed are clean of any dirt, clear coats (including but not limited to silicon based detailing products) and detritus. All surfaces must be wiped down at least 3-5 times with Isopropyl alcohol (70-99%) prior to installation and may require further cleaning if any type of clear coat is present. If you have any questions regarding installation, we are more than happy to help.
Please note: In order for us to assess the situation appropriately, we need to see decent pictures of the wrap kit installed. All our kits are manufactured using pre-built templates and will require trimming post install. Failure to follow install instructions are not an acceptable reason for return or refund.
Mocked up images are for reference purposes only and are intended to show approximate fitment; as such, images may not be 100% accurate. Differences in screen resolution may cause color to vary from images. Slight variations in color and placement should be expected.
I don't like my wrap kit,
can I return it?
We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, every time you shop with us - we don't accept returns! All custom artwork will be sent to you for proofing before printing and will not be printed until we have received confirmation of your approval. Once proofed and printed, we are unable to accept returns or refunds.
As we are a print-on-demand operation, the wrap kits are only manufactured once they're ordered. If it is an issue on our end (for example color is red when you ordered blue), contact us and we'll be happy to make it right. Email us with pictures of the wrap kit fully installed and a description of the issue.

We do not accept returns for customized graphics and other customized products that have been made specifically for you.
Our mistake is our mistake and your mistake is your mistake. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item due to an error on our part, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. If you receive a product which is subsequently found to be defective, you should contact us immediately for further instruction. Please note: you are responsible for any returned items until they are received by Barrett Hepburn Design. Therefore, we recommend that you return your item by recorded delivery. The cost of returning items for the reasons above is your responsibility.

Our wrap kits are machine cut from pre-built templates and are specific to every machine and model - make sure to purchase the correct wrap kit intended for your year/make/model machine so that incorrect items are not purchased. This is not an acceptable reason for return or refund.
We use the best quality vinyl available to the market; however, misuse can shorten the lifespan of your wrap kit. Proper installation is essential with preparation of the installation area being absolutely key. Areas to have the wrap kit installed should be prepared with removal of all other decals (factory and aftermarket), all residue removed, and all areas to be wiped down with clean rags and Isopropyl Alcohol 70-99% at least 3-5 times but possibly more should the presence of clear coat or other detailing products be detected.
If you're wrap kit is not sticking as intended, the plastics on the machine which are to have vinyl wrap kit pieces will need to be cleaned with Isoproyl alcohol again. It is the sole responsibility of the client / customer to ensure the proper preparation steps have been completed prior to install and that all residue and clear coat / detailing product has been removed.
